Pondercentral published a new entry entitled “Special PONDER on THIS for Friday, April 17th, Free Introduction to ZPoint Process Daily Practice on Sunday, April 19th at 8:00pm Eastern + New ZPoint Intensives Teleclass” on 4/16/2009 7:41:11 PM, written by Jeff Maziarek.
Special PONDER on THIS for Friday, April 17th, Free Introduction to ZPoint Process Daily Practice on Sunday, April 19th at at 8:00pm Eastern + New ZPoint Intensives Teleclass
Previously on Pondercentral I’ve mentioned the ZPoint Process for Personal Happiness as a great personal growth tool. Yesterday, I heard that on Sunday, April 19th, ZPoint’s founder, Grant Connolly, is holding another free “Introduction to ZPoint Class” at 8:00pm Eastern time (available via phone or webcast) where he’ll explain how to dramatically change your life for the better using the ZPoint Process. During this 1 hour class Grant will show you how to heal difficult relationships, release your anger and frustration and let go of worry about finances or health.
The purpose of ZPoint is to allow you to live a happier more abundant life. It’s so easy and you’ll learn how during the class. The last 20 minutes will be spent letting go of whatever stresses you the most. If you cannot join the event in person, you can always listen to a recording of it later. Please click here for full details.
New ZPoint Intensives Teleclass
Should you find the ZPoint introduction to be of value (and if you attend I’m confident you will), please note that Grant Connolly is beginning a new 6 Day Intensives Teleclass series on April 30th that will begin the process of releasing your attachment to any ‘less than’ beliefs and allow you to begin to experience your life from a far different perspective. The first 2 classes will work through situations, circumstances and relationships that generate difficult feelings with an intensity level of between 7 and 10 with 10 being the most intense. Difficult relationships fall into this category.
Classes 3 and 4 clear away feelings with a characteristic feeling of between 3 and 6 on a scale of 0 to 10. Worry about lack of money or worry about health concerns fall into this category.
The final class will focus on shifting our attention away from not having such things as more money, more love, better health, etc to allowing ourselves to actually believe that we can have these things. And, when we believe we can have something, it activates the powerful Law of Attraction and those things actually begin to manifest in our lives.
After each class you will be given an assignment to complete by the next class to further your clearing in each particular area of life. By the end of the 6th and final class it is expected that you simply won’t look at your life in quite the same way. In short, you will be given the tools to transform your life for the better and you can do so almost without effort.

Grant Connolly, Creator Of The Z-Point Process, Offers Free Z-Point Tele-class Thursday!
Jeff Maziarek, creator of www.PonderCentral.com and author of Spirituality Simplified, has just posted this note about a Free Tele-class offered by Grant Connolly, the creator of the Z-Point Process:
Special PONDER ON THIS for Thursday, February 5th, 2009 – Grant Connolly Offering Free Teleclass About Latest Enhancements to ZPoint Process - Thursday, February 5, at 8:00PM EST
Grant Connolly, creator of the ZPoint Process, has been working on ways to make ZPoint even more effective and testing them during In-person Intensive Workshops this past month. He’s found that what people on the path of self-improvement have been doing is merely taking potshots at their problems and difficulties.
In response to this, he’s discovered that what’s required is a systematic approach that targets and releases issues in three successively finer ways. The first off these areas to release are “Difficult Feelings” (Stage I), the second is “The Worries” (Stage II) and the third is “The Bothers” (Stage III). According to Grant, the interesting thing is that these Stages must be cleared in order. Jumping ahead to Stage II without completing Stage I limits the effectiveness of the ZPoint Process simply because until you’ve cleared Stage I, you are less likely to be able to discern true Stage II issues. And the same works for Stage III. Another interesting note, although you would think that clearing Stage I issues would have the biggest impact, it’s actually Stage III that shows the greatest positive shifts. You literally shift into a state that is almost effortless and peaceful.
Grant has just put together a refined ZPoint Protocol using the tools in a new way. It appears to be about 40 percent more effective than just using the tools on their own. He personally has been using it almost a month, and reports astounding results. So, on Thursday Feb 5th at 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, he’ll be holding a free Teleclass to introduce all of this. If you go to ZPointforPeace.com and click on SAY YES TO LIFE in the right side menu you can register to attend. The following week beginning Monday Feb 9th he’ll begin a six call twice weekly series to work through Stages I, II, and III mentioned above.
Since I’ve personally experienced solid success using current ZPoint tools, I’m very enthusiastic about learning more about Grant’s latest enhancement to the Process. Please do check out the free Teleclass if you have an opportunity to do so.

Bonus PONDER on THIS for Friday, October 31st, 2008 – Free Introduction to ZPoint Process Daily Practice on Sunday, November 2nd at 10:00am EST
Earlier this month I published a post about about the October edition of the ZPoint Process 21 Day Program for Peace of Mind. At the time I had heard some very good reports about the program, but had never personally experienced it. So, I chose to participate in the October tele-class, and I must say I found it to be very beneficial. Due in large part to ZPoint, I honestly feel much more peaceful and more confident about the future. I also heard from a Ponder subscriber the other day who had participated in the program, and she, too, was very positive about the experience.
With that said, I want to let you know that ZPoint founder, Grant Connolly, is holding a tele-class to again introduce the 21 Day Program on Sunday, November 2nd, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and you have the flexibility of attending it via phone or webcast. During the 30 minute introduction Grant will explain ZPoint and lead participants to experience a profound sense of peace in body, mind and spirit. He will also explain how his 21 Day - 15 minute per day Program can shift you to a whole new level of conscious living. To participate in this free tele-class, please click here.
The 21 Day journey to Peace of Mind will begin on Monday November 3rd at 10am or at 8pm Eastern (at the participant’s preference). For full details go to www.zpointforpeace.com/21Days.shtml. Now that I’ve personally experienced the ZPoint 21 Day Program, I feel more strongly than ever about ZPoint being an exceptionally valuable personal growth tool.

Free Tele-Class with Grant Connolly, Creator of the Z-Point Process
Join Jennifer as she interviews Grant Connolly, creator of the Z-Point Process. Grant and Jennifer will be talking about Grant’s new "21-Days to True Abundance Program," and how you can apply this information in your life to experience rapid results and positive change. I just received the following e-mail from www.PonderCentral.com about the class; and, since I couldn’t say it any better than Jeff Maziarek, author of Spirituality Simplified, I just pasted his e-mail here:
Peace Always Begins with Me!
You may have noticed the tag line I put at the end of my correspondence. It reads “Peace always begins with me!”
These are not just words, they are a statement of fact. No matter what situation I find myself in, peace always begins with me. When I walk into a room, no matter what’s going on, I am peaceful and that peace extends like a bubble around me. When I speak to people or even just sit near them, they become more peaceful too. Often remarkably so.
I am not the only person who has this effect on people. There are many long time ZPoint users who have noticed this phenomenon as well. It is important to understand that we are not affecting people in this way, it is the peace we carry inside us that does the job.
When you are peaceful inside, that peace can be felt by everyone you come into contact with just as the opposite is true. It is a palpable presence that you carry within you and that presence reaches out to others and affects them as well.
It has long been known and accepted that “as it is within you, so shall it be outside of you” If you are filled with upset and anger or resentment, you will attract those situations, circumstances and relationships that mirror that upset. Your life on the outside will be filled with a turmoil that merely reflects the turmoil already present within you. If you feel abused, you will notice only those experiencing similar abuse. If you are angry, you will constantly meet that anger in relationships or the circumstances and situations that trigger it. As it is within you, so shall it be outside of you.
The purpose of ZPoint is to help you stop the madness, the drama and the upset. It’s purpose is to give you a simple way to let all of that go and find inner peace.
The "Fight Against Cellulite" on The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet — and Other Alternatives
The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet dedicated part of its Thursday, June 19, 2008 show to the fight against cellulite – the lumpy fat cells that look like “cottage-cheese” under the skin. Cellulite is believed to affect up to 90% of the female population; and a large number of men – though men aren’t affected by cellulite nearly as much as women. And, there doesn’t seem to be any real solutions that work. Or is there?
The Belief Formula & The Z-Point Process in St. Augustine, Florida
Sunday, April 12th, 2008, from 2pm-until-5pm, Belief Formula author Pete Koerner, and Z-Point Process instructor Jennifer Koerner, will be presenting a workshop on setting yourself free from limitations and creating a life you love. The workshop is being sponsored and hosted by HeartSong Healing Center, in St. Augustine.
The workshop will feature a discussion with Pete on applying The Belief Formula to your life in order to manifest your dreams and create better and better situations, circumstances, conditions, and outcomes. Then, Jennifer will demonstrate how you can use the Z-Point Process to remove any obstacles or limiting beliefs standing between you and your dreams.
To get to HeartSong Healing Center, take I-95 to the SR 16 exit. Head east approximately 2-miles to "4-Mile Road;" there is a light at the intersection. Turn Right; and take the next Right (approximately 1/2-Mile) onto Deer Run. Go approximately one-half mile and turn Right onto Powell Road — a dirt road. The Center is on the Right, just around the curve. Follow the driveway to the house and you’re there! Click Here To View a MAP to the Center.
If you need help locating the Center, just call: (904) 814-8148.
It costs money to keep a Healing and Educational Center open and operating. We are encouraging attendees to make a $5.00 donation to HeartSong Healing Center to help offset the cost of hosting this event.

I Can Make You Thin; and You Can, Too!
The Learning Channel (TLC) is airing a series featuring world-famous hypnotherapist and life-coach, Paul McKenna, as he introduces people to the mind-body connection and new Energy Psychology techniques designed to restore calm in the mind and body by quieting the nervous system and turning-off the stress response. The program is called, “I can make you thin!” and it promises to be quite a hit. But can watching television really make you lose weight?
Making “The Secret” Work: Eliminate Limiting Beliefs and Negative Thinking
The Secret is such a phenomenal hit with the American public – and the world at large – not because it is such an amazingly powerful work of spiritual wisdom, but because most people are not content and are desperately seeking a miracle cure for what they themselves rightly consider to be “mundane” lives. People simply don’t spend their time and money on self-help books because their lives are so full of bliss they just don’t know what else to do other than help themselves; books like The Secret are so big because so many people want things to be different and simply don’t know how to do it.
When I use the term “mundane,” I don’t mean boring and hum-drum; I mean common, or typical. People these days seem to be living “cookie-cutter” lives – with everyone sharing common problems and worries. Everyone, that is, except those who are actively creating extra-ordinary things for their own lives. The real secret can be found in the difference between these two groups of people: Those who want thing “A” and get it; and those who want thing “A” and can’t seem to get it no matter what they do. What exactly is stopping those who can’t “get ahead;” and what can they do about it?
The Z-Point Process: The One-Word Prayer You can use Anywhere!
Recently, in response to an article I had written on Forgiveness, I was contacted by a person who said, "Physiologically, the brain can’t forget; I’d like to forgive, but how can I forget what was done to a young child? How can I forget that trauma when I am alone at night in the dark…?" This person’s prayer was to forgive and forget the past; but they didn’t know how to release the thoughts that kept them stuck in the past.
The brain and body do indeed operate much like a computer — remembering and storing everything that happens to you. The brain seems to act like the central processor; while the rest of the body serves to store memories, input and output information, transmit electrical signals and commands, and execute, or perform, the programs sent by the brain. When everything is working smoothly, information is gathered, experienced, processed, assimilated, and released; but when we experience trauma, we can sometimes get stuck in a memory-loop that affects us much like a computer virus affects a computer — slowing it down, making some operations impossible, and shortening the life of the computer.
